Baking Soda:

Bi-carbonate soda relieves inflammation, itching and burning.  It also dries up the sores in order to minimize the affected area. Take a tissue or a cotton ball coated in baking soda and apply to the sore.  After one use, the cotton ball or tissue should be thrown out, as it will be infected.  Only use a clean, unused tissue or cotton ball for each application.

Cornstarch will dry excessive moisture in the area and stop the itching sensations.  It works the same way as baking soda.

Black Tea:

Camellia sinenis (black tea) has a high level of tannins which combats antiviral effects and anti inflammatories. Brew a tea bag and let it cool.  Apply to the affected area for approximately 5 minutes.  Repeat this process 3 times a day, you should try this as soon as you notice signs of herpes. Use only black teas, herbal teas will not work.

Ice Packs:

Apply an ice pack to cold sores to soothe the area and cause a level of numbness.  The cold temperature will help inhibit the virus.  Wrap the ice in a cloth or towel and leave on until you experience numbness and the inflammation comes down.

Aloe Vera:
It will relieve itching and soothe inflammation.  It also works really well on scabs that are left behind and relieve tender areas that develop after the sore is gone.

Remove the thorny areas of the plant and then cut into chunks around 2 to 5 inches in length.  Place in your refrigerator or freezer for one hour.  The coolness is soothing to red spots and inflamed areas.

Do’s and Don’ts:

Stay away from diet sodas, sweeteners and other diet products that have the ingredient aspartame.  This ingredient is known to set off an inflammation.

Avoid wheat germ, chocolate, coconut, peanuts, whole wheat and soybeans, to name a few. Check with your doctor for more items you should stay away from.

Increase your intake of fish, beef, chicken, cheese brewer’s yeast and milk.  Also eat fruits and vegetables,  your doctor should be able to give you a list of foods you should consume.

Stress can cause outbreaks so concentrate on various therapies that will alleviate stress, such as yoga or meditation.

As scary as herpes might seem, if you have contracted it, you will want to treat it as soon as possible.  This virus does weaken the immune system and therefore it must be checked constantly.

Some people will not experience any of the symptoms where others will.  Not knowing you have herpes is actually quite common, the problem is that if you do have it, you can pass it on to others without even knowing it.

Using some natural remedies will help you through outbreaks and are harmless to your health.  If you would rather stop outbreaks from developing in the first page please read our home page… Click Here

It’s a question every person asks when they have an outbreak of herpes.
Unfortunately, there is no official cure for herpes.

But there are ways of lessening the outbreaks.

Staying healthy is the best way to stop outbreaks of herpes.
If you keep your immune system healthy and strong, it can keep abreast with the herpes virus.
If not, you’ll have an outbreak.

How To Deal With An Outbreak Of Herpes – Tips

Ascorbyl Palmitate.

This is a form of vitamin C that remains in your body, unlike vitamin C or ascorbic acid.
Ascorbic acid is flushed out of the system when it isn’t needed.

Ascorbyl palmitate is a fat soluble and is stored in your cells.
It is responsible for the production of collagen, and it’s also an antioxidant that clears your body of free radicals.

Essential Oils
Turmeric or St. John’s Wort essential oil will ease the inflammation of herpes.

Apricot Oil… It contains omegas 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids, plus, it has high levels of vitamins A and E. Apricot oil will help with the irritation and itching of herpes blisters.

Baking soda and salt
Rinse off the blisters with baking soda and salt. The salt will sting a little, but it helps dry them up faster.

Cornstarch or Epsom
Take a bath with Epsom salt or Cornstarch. Use warm water and about a fourth to a half a cup of Epsom salt. Soak for about 20 minutes. If you don’t have either, you can use table salt.

Ways to Get Rid of Herpes-Zeolite

So are there really ways to get rid of herpes because I heard that you can’t get rid of it?.

The question is slightly confusing as it may refer to the symptoms of herpes such as herpes blisters. Of course there are several ways to get rid of herpes blisters. A normal cycle of a herpes outbreak will on average last between 7-10 days, at the end of the outbreak it is common for the herpes blisters to scab, turn black & then fall off.

While 7-10 days may not seam like a long time, an outbreak is unpleasent and unsightly especially when it’s on the face. So lets look at ways to get rid or herpes blisters quickly

The following methods of herpes relief are not those detailed in Get Rid of Herpes. These methods are provided for you to do more research on & for informational purposes only.
There are quite a few so I’ll cover them over a few posts. Please check them out before trying.

Liquid Zeolite for Herpes

To be honest when I was looking for ways to get rid of herpes Zeolite didn’t crop up, however it does now. I don’t know too much about the substance, only that it is derived from the rock created by volcanic magma (lava).

Apparently Zeolite has a perfect molecular structure which makes it perfect for capturing and removing heavy metals from the body similar to chelation therapy.
It reportedly removes heavy metals such as mercury, cadmium, lead, arsenic, aluminium and more, which if true would help a lot of peoples health as HM are known to contribute to many of today’s health issues. This alone doesn’t put it in the ‘ways to get rid of herpes’ category though.

Liquid Zeolite is also reported to reduce viral load by capturing viral particles. In effect stopping the replication of the virus which if true would make the solution an excellent herpes remedy. But is it true?, The principles seem sound and after really looking at Zeolite the claims do at least seam plausible. However on closer inspection a lot of what is being said may be as a result of people being rewarded financially for recommending an expensive supply of liquid Zeolite.

Conclusion: Needs to be thoroughly looked at, and watch out for (avoid) the expensive supplies.

Everyone needs to make their own decision on which are the best ways to get rid of herpes.
Of course we may seem biased as we do sell our own instructional publication called Get Rid of Herpes, but please don’t feel that you have to listen to our views on the subject of herpes treatments.

Stop Herpes Outbreaks

If you wish to know ways to stop herpes outbreaks then you really have to understand the condition and how it affects the body.

Herpes outbreaks are far more than just an inconvenience to people who suffer with the condition. Herpes outbreaks can be painful, irritating, unsightly and of course embarrassing if they are visible.

Finding a way to stop herpes outbreaks can become all consuming for some as visiting the doctor to talk about herpes can and often is very embarrassing, plus in my experience very unhelpful. As far as contemporary medication goes there is not really a way to get rid of herpes as the simplex virus is something that becomes permanently once the body is infected.

This is of course the official line on herpes and not one shared by many alternative therapists. To effectively stop herpes outbreaks the body’s immune system must be working efficiently. The speed in which you can stop herpes outbreaks is governed by your own body.

A low or poor immune system will make it harder to stop herpes outbreaks. Many people find that they actually develop herpes outbreaks while suffering with other medical conditions or while suffering with any type of Phycological problem such as depression. Even just felling low or run down can make it a lot slower to stop herpes outbreaks.

Although antivirals may stop herpes outbreaks for a while their effectiveness often lessons with prolonged use.

How To Stop Herpes Outbreaks

You have two options when it comes to ways to get rid of herpes. The path most take for obvious reasons is contemporary medicine, it’s the usually your first port of call. It’s the same path that I took personally & I’m sure it works out for some people, just not for me.

Which is why I ended up with no option other than to try and find a natural way to stop herpes outbreaks, which fortunately I did. If you are getting to the end of your tether and thinking that there is no way you can ever stop herpes outbreaks let me just assure you that you can.
